Elle est titulaire d\u2019une licence de philosophie, d\u2019une ma\u00eetrise de sociologie et d\u2019un DEA en \u00e9tudes th\u00e9\u00e2trales (sous la direction de Jean Jourdheuil et Robert Abirached). En 1994, le Festival International de Th\u00e9\u00e2tre universitaire lui d\u00e9cerne un premier prix pour sa mise en sc\u00e8ne de <em><strong>Mat\u00e9riau M\u00fcller<\/strong><\/em>, son adaptation et sa mise en sc\u00e8ne de <em><strong>Po\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9<\/strong> <\/em>d\u2019apr\u00e8s Velibor \u010coli\u0107 aux Amandiers de Nanterre. Permanente artistique au Th\u00e9\u00e2tre G\u00e9rard-Philipe de Saint-Denis aupr\u00e8s de Stanislas Nordey (1998\/2002), elle y cr\u00e9e <em><strong>M\u00e9d\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em> de Hans Henny Jahnn. Elle adapte et met en sc\u00e8ne <em><strong>Pasteur Ephra\u00efm Magnus<\/strong><\/em> de Hans Henny Jahnn ( 2004). Elle met en sc\u00e8ne <em><strong>Le Nouvel Ordre socio-affectif<\/strong> <\/em>selon Houellebecq (2005), et <em><strong>Houellebecq ou la souffrance du<\/strong> monde<\/em> (2006). Elle adapte et met en sc\u00e8ne<strong> <em>La Philosophie dans le boudoir<\/em><\/strong> de Sade (2007), <em><strong>La V\u00e9nus \u00e0 la fou<\/strong><\/em><strong><em>rrure<\/em> <\/strong>de Sacher-Masoch (2008),  <em><strong>Hiroshima mon amour<\/strong> <\/em>de Marguerite Duras (2009), <em><strong>Le Ch\u00e2teau de Wetterstein<\/strong><\/em> de Wedekind ( 2010) <em><strong>Le Banquet ou l\u2019\u00c9loge de l\u2019amour <\/strong><\/em>de Platon (2012), <em><strong>Ph\u00e8dre<\/strong><\/em> d\u2019apr\u00e8s Yannis Ritsos (2013), <em><strong>Hinkemann<\/strong><\/em> d\u2019Ernst Toller (2014), <em><strong>Les Liaisons dangereuses <\/strong><\/em>de Laclos (2015), spectacle nomin\u00e9 aux Moli\u00e8res et pour lequel Dominique Blanc a re\u00e7u le Moli\u00e8re de la meilleure actrice en 2016. Elle met en sc\u00e8ne <em><strong>Baal<\/strong><\/em> de Brecht (2017) <br>Christine Letailleur a \u00e9t\u00e9 artiste associ\u00e9e au Th\u00e9\u00e2tre national de Bretagne entre 2010 et 2016.
